Baie d’Arcachon Villa

This is an exceptional beachside villa, situated on the Bassin d’Arcachon, just 45 minutes from Bordeaux, tucked between the sea and the lush pine forests. It is the perfect place for any private function … family reunions, anniversaries, weddings and seminars.

The accommodation is on three floors, with eight bedrooms, sleeping up to 16 people. The kitchen, on the ground floor, is equipped to the highest of standards, perfect for gourmet cooks. The centre breakfast bar also offers an ideal space for cooking workships. The dining room and separate living room both have open fires and floor to ceiling French doors, which open to the sea-view terrace, also with an outdoor dining area. Also on the ground floor is a cinema/seminar room with large screen satellite TV with PC plug-in, a library with fireplace and extensive collection of books and games, and a double bedroom with bathroom. There are four bedrooms on the first floor, as well as a study, with a further bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. On the lower ground floor, with access to the garden, is a studio, with another two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a kitchenette.

The many amenities include Wi-Fi throughout, Sonos music and music library, satellite TV in all bedrooms and air conditioning. The well maintained gardens of 4500m2 include a beautiful 4 x 15m ecological lap pool, and lead down to the beach and the sea. Activities available at the property include boules, croquet, table tennis, table football, a trampoline and volley ball. Canoes and bicycles are also available for guests.

The many extras which can be arranged for guests include a private chef and wine tours with a personal driver, offering a great opportunity to visit the Chateaux and enjoy wine tastings. There are four golf courses within a 40 minute drive of the villa, the closest one being Golf des Aiguilles Vertes, just 7 minutes away where guests at the villa can play free of charge.
