Pan dei Palais, St Tropez

A short stroll from the bustling Place des Lices and the colourful harbour, you’ll discover Pan Deï Palais. Surrounded by picturesque streets and palms, the 12-room hotel is your private oasis in the heart of Saint-Tropez.

Steeped in charming history since 1835, the hotel was originally a private residence built as a romantic gesture for Indian royalty, Princess Bannu Pan Deï, from soldier Jean-François Allard. Playful tributes to this love story can be discovered throughout the decor and finishing touches, with nods to the vibrant East. Pops of colour, dark wood and Indian rugs decorate rooms, with a stunning mural taking centre stage in the restaurant.

For guests that want to retreat, Pan Deï Palais is equipped with all the elements for a relaxing stay;  from the indulgent fine dining Italian restaurant, Dolceva, to the beautiful garden complete with a pool and sun loungers to soak up the Mediterranean sun. Meanwhile, our treatment rooms offer a moment of zen, harnessing the art of Ayurvedic medicine and a commitment to wellness.
